Excellent Service! They scheduled my service for the same day. They called a few minutes before the technician arrived to tell me his name. The technician was courteous and knowledgable. He immediately recognized the problem and offered a couple of solutions. He quickly made the repair and my door, it works better than it did new. He cleaned up all of the parts from the repair and left no mess. I would highly recommend this company and will be sure to use them again if needed.
Superior installed our garage door and since then we've had 2 instances where we needed service and they were on it quick, both times. The office has friendly and helpful associates. The techs have always been very professional and have worked efficiently. It was almost surprising to get such excellent customer service considering that it seems to be a thing of the past. I would use them again in the future. Great company!
Had a problem with our garage door (turned out to be a broken spring), so I made a call to Superior. Within 3.5 hours of that first call, the technician had come to our house and the door was fixed! He was professional, had the right materials with him, and couldn't have been nicer. Great experience.
