Lightning fast communication from set up to installation, Field Rep(s) right on time as originally promised, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable staff from the office to the field. In addition, their pricing was the best as well. "Ease of doing business" doesn't come any better than these people. Highly, recommended, foolish if you DON'T use them.

Great experience with SOD! I called for service, the technician came out right on time. All he did was turn a screw on the back of the opener and the door opened properly. Instead of charging me the full fee, which they had the right to do, they cut it in half. Really appreciate it!
